Hikvision and LaView the same?

Hello,
It's my understanding that Hikvision and LaView are the same (rebranded). However, I don't see a hikvision 4mp camera that matches this la view one...

Is this a good camera? Does Hikvision sell the same one?

Except for the shape of the body, it looks a lot like a 2042 (mount, back, pigtail, lens, IR LEDs, light sensor).
Also, some of the description seems to indicate Hik:
* Intelligent H.264 Zip+
* True 120dB Wide Dynamic Range

The 2042 doesn't have SD support or wifi, but then the Laview website doesn't mention them:

The Hik 2042 is a very popular camera.
