So In our company, we use onvif, rtsp, and web for login cameras ( all admin account ). So there always 3 account login at the same time in one camera,
Just few days ago, I notice that when there's a rtsp login, the camera is rebooting itself, for no reason.
Model is: DS-IPC-B12HV3-IA
The camera is reboot around at 10:58 and online again at 11:00. Login time of rtsp is 11:01.
Is anyone have this problem before? I try to ask Hik-vision brand but they have no case like this before. please help, thanks all.
