Hikvision Camera turning off

I have a Hikvision DS-7608 NI E2/8P NVR with DS-2CD2332-I cameras. The system has been running for 3 years with no issues. All of a sudden one of the cameras has stopped working. When I reboot the system or pull the POE plug out and put back in the camera starts working again but if I come back an hour later it has stopped working?? Any ideas??
 
yeah all the other cameras are fine and i tried changing ports and rebooting and same issue, has to be either something to do with the camera or cable. Ill try and install new firmware first
 
First of all is that camera from Aliexpress a true English version camera or a hacked version. Have you actually tried these cameras. Ive heard that the chinese version cameras are a nightmare and have all kinds of issues.

Secondly, if you power up the camera with the power supplyu, how do you know if its working because you need to see the screen dont you??
