Hikvision cameras disabling its own

hello friends i have hikvision ip cameras and poe nvr. cameras are turning off itsef after i plug them into the nvr, if i plug them into router they shownig me ip adress port and ect... but can't access video signal please help!! <3

Need more details, but it sounds like either a bad port on the NVR, an networking IP issue, or the NVR isn't compatible with the camera.

Could be bad RJ45 Crimping, Hikvision Poe explicitly use blue and brown pairs for PS(something like pasive poe) While PoE Switches can use tx and rx to PS aswell.

Considering you are using B standard

Might wanna check cables
