Hikvision Compatibility

Hello all, I have an Owsoo 16 NVR, and had one owsoo camera connected via IP, before the camera crapped the bed. I have issues getting the NVR to connect to WAN, and im looking to go with Hikvision. My question is, will Hikvision IP cameras work witht he Owsoo NVR, until i have the time and money to replace the NVR?

ANy help is appreciated.
 
I have a similar story. I have a cheap Chinese NVR and two cameras which are all branded Besder. After 5 months the 2 cameras died. I already had a 3year old Hikvision bullet working on the same NVR.
Then I bought a Dahua camera to go with it. It works too.
Technically I suppose it depends on the level of Onvif compatibility but there would be a good chance of yours working in the same way. (my opinion for what it's worth)
