Assuming Hikvision would use the same standard size screw across the board for the dome grounding wire base attachment:
Should you during the installation of a dome camera, separate the dome & ring from the base, to make installation of the base and focusing of the camera easier (in my case a DS-2CD2732F-IS), and then try to put the grounding wire & dome back on; but fumble around and see the grounding screw drop, hear it ping off your ladder and disappear into the mulch & shrubs 10 feet lower:
M3 - .50 x 6 (metric machine thread screw)
is what you need. Shorter version may work, but it is the shortest length I could find locally.
Next install I'll use a magnetic screwdriver, but I picked up a couple spares regardless.
