Hello everyone,
hope someone can help me out with my doorbell configuration .
I have a Hikvision doorbell system for a two apartments house with this configuration
1 doorbell at the gate (DS-KV8413) to be used by both
1 doorbell at one of the doors (DS-KV8003) to be used only by apartments A (set up as a substation of the gate doorbell)
2 indoor screens for apartment A
1 indoor screen for apartment B
So far the general configuration works ok, the gate doorbell rings apartment A or B depending on the key pressed, the internal doorbell rings only the apartment A
My concern is that the indoor screen for apartment B can see the live view of the internal doorbell as well. I'm guessing this is probably due to the fact that the internal doorbell is set up as a substation , so the main doorbell is 'distributing' the doorbells to every indoor screen regardless of the ring rules.
Can anyone suggest a different configuration to make this scenario work ?
Thanks , any help is greatly appreciated
