Hikvision DS 1100KI keyboard joystick admin password problem

I bought a hikvision DS 1100KI KEYBOARD JOYSTICK from an online wholesaler recently for $500. It's in the original box and looks like brand new, it had paperwork inside the box where it was returned from new purchase by Moon security company with the return authorization code and everything so I know it was bought ligit when new and never used. BUT ha big one though it has a admin password set up that the company I bought from said it didn't have set up but we're wrong or lied I don't know. But I can login via user password because it's saved and just have to click it. Again but that login doesn't let me do anything I need or setup my cameras and system stuff, only shows previous owners old system pieces which obviously worthless for me. I could do a reset I think of it could get logged into the admin side but I can't noway I've tried dozens of times nothing. I have 21 hikvision ptz cameras and two hikvision nvrs I want to use this on but right now it's a $500 paper weight!!!
Can anybody please advise me or help me with this? I'll glady pay whomever tech support time money or Whatever if they can help. I called Moon security and they said they have no way of retrieveing old password so I'm dead in the water at this point.

As i recall this is network keyboard. Hence its visible on SADP tools and adresable.
So you can extract xml file and send to either company you bought from or to hikvision and they will provide you with new xml which you will import and set new password.
Other than that there is one other solution, and that is for you to have HikPartnerPro authorized installed account. Then you can create online case for resetting a password of your keyboard. It will ask for label image that you provided here and content of exported XML file. usually its a process that takes maximum of 30 min per case.

Also this keyboard is so old, that you could actually spoof the password.

It did not even use digest CRUD operation toward itself, and if you run wireshark and spoof keyboard packets, you will see username and password in plain text.

Wow! Thank you for thoughts on this! That second suggestion you put sounds much easier. I've never heard of that. Can you give me any more info on how or where I get something like that or the tool to try that? And yes I know it is pretty old in the tech world! Lol the box shows production date of 2020 & like I mentioned it in like brand new condition. Looks like from reading that paper I found in the box (return authorization) from original purchaser new that they returned six of these at the same time because being to difficult to operate lol. Anyway I also have another one like it I bought new years ago and absolutely love it that's why I saught out another one, I tried the newest one the 1600 and I just really don't like it at all. So hopefully I can get this one unlocked and running for my system at home.
