HIKVision DS-2CD2032-I upgrade firmware issue

Hello ,
I have issue with HIKVision DS-2CD2032-I after unsuccessful firmware upgrade camera do not work.
I try use TFTP with different firmawarez and this is do not help.

After firmware upgrade I can only ping camera with 192.168.1.64 address and this it. All ports closed web not available.

initially on camera was V5.3.0_150327 but unfortunately now it is not functioning.

Anybody have ideas how I can solve this issue ?

Read the forum. Do you have the box that the camera came in? Mail camera back to store or retire the camera to the junk drawer. You should have read the forum 1st.
