Specs for that cam don't indicate that RTMP is one of its supported protocols. Firmware may exist to provide it BUT.....if there's no "-U" suffix at the end of the model number, the camera has no audio/microphone input and YouTube requires audio. :(

Hey Tony, thanks for taking time to reply. Iam very confused because of the bazillion of available cameras Hikvision has. Do you maybe have to suggest a camera that works with Youtube's RTMP around the same price point like the one I mentioned?

No, I don't and I've been looking but so far no joy. I'm leaving for a doctor's appt now but will try again after lunch, about 1300 hrs. CDT USA, UTC-5

Reminder:
Make sure the camera supports audio, otherwise the stream won't work with YouTube.

EDITED 7/28/23 @ 1320 CT: YT no longer requires audio

It works without audio for last 5-6 months. Its either REV (C) or youtube changed its policy
Sorry about my error, I was going by past policy and YouTube's own (outdated?) guide ==>> Incorrect audio settings

"YouTube's pipeline requires audio on all videos."

What camera would you suggest I use? I feel extremely overwhelmed with all the options available.
