I just received two cameras from AliExpress. The vendor sent me two different versions of the camera, DS-2CD2086G2-IU and DS-2CD2086G2-IU C. The image from the DS-2CD2086G2-IU C is tinted blue when the backlight WDR is set to On or Auto and the Wide Dynamic Level is greater than 40. The other camera’s image is not tinted when the WDR is on. I updated the camera to the latest firmware, it does not help. Did anyone has the same problem in this camera or the camera is defected? I was thinking returning the camera back to the vendors, but it seem camera is in China Customs prohibited item list. Is this true that I will not be able to ship it back if the camera is defected? Did anyone ship camera back to China before? Please advise.
