Hi,
Since the day before yesterday the image of our Hik changed from one moment to another without changing options or something else. I verified the cable and changed it with another well working camera but without succes. I took contact with the seller (Julia from CCTV China) who told me to set as default again so today I resetted the cam to return to factory settings but just the same problem after doing this. On the leafs of the trees appears a dark shadow and the colors of my clothes are looking mixed into each other. On the other picture you can see the view before the problem. Does anyone of you got already the same problem or does know what's going wrong? Julia just answered me again to return it to repair.
