Hello!
Its my first Hikvision and i have a problem i dodnt unterstand and can't handle. Hope you professional can help me out. I'm using a "Hikvision DS-2CD2155FWD-I" and wanted to save the stuff on my NAS. First it seemed to be everything good. I could insert the folder from my NAS which i had prepared without any problems. The test-button said everything fine. Then my camera formatted the folder and created the folder structure and the status from the HDD changed to "duration" (on my german Cam its called DAUER). But 1 minute later the status first changed to "offline" and a few seconds later to "not initialized". Why? I can initalize this folder so many times i want - always the same result. I have found some reasons for this but i have not activated the "garbage can", the folder on my NAS is empty and has a 25GB quota. Hope there is someone who can help me out.
