Hi my DS-2CD2685FWD-IZS wont zoom properly. When you zoom in it goes to full zoom then just zooms back out straight away.
Wont hold any zoom position.
Also it is a few firmware versions behind. Can i just go to the latest or do you need to go each one as they came out?
I'm hoping it might be a firmware problem.
PS: Do I go to the US or Europe site for the firmware?
