Hikvision DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZHS used for ANPR, getting numberplate via email

Hi everyone, we are using the above Hikvision camera to capture number plates with no issues.

However, does anyone know if its possible to push the numberplate picture each time via email?

If so, what are the steps?
