hikvision ds-2cd6412fwd-c2 v5.4.5 build 170216 no hik-connect

Hi all,
new to this forum and ip camera world.
I just got the above camera with l20 lens.
the camera will be connected using a cellular router (no static ip) so I need to connect it to a cloud service such as hik-connect.
I tried to enable hik-connect using the GUI (at 192.168.1.64) but there is no such option.
Also tried to enable hik-connect using the SADP app but the option is grayed out.

Is there a way to enable the hik-connect option in the version I have(v5.4.5)?
If not, is there another cloud service i can use to connect the camera to the internet?

No hik-connect support on the firmware for 2CD6412 last time I checked (it has been a while).

Only way to use hik-connect would be through a Hikvision NVR that does support it.

Most cellular connections do not have a real IP over here, so you can not even use DDNS and port forward, but with some of them you can do it.
