I just recieved my new Hikvision DS-2DF5284. Beautiful camera I would say, looks impressive.
But I have one big, big problem: before I can use it, you have to remove the plastic cap and the tape under the dome. But I can't open the dome.
The manual just says "open the dome", so no help. From the image in the manual I would believe you can screw the dome open.
Does somebody on this beautiful forum (helped me a lot before, but never registered) has THE tip to open the dome? I'm getting a little crazy now.
