I have the above model with V3.5.35_Build_180316 out off the box
So I plan to upgrade to get the new GUI and I been read that is going to work with google chrome
I went ahead and download v4.21.000 build 190722 from Europe portal
Its working with some issues
1- Didn’t work with chrome as a live view
2- Skips approximately every 10secounds during playback in hik-conect app
3- Hik-conect app keep saying upgrading for a new firmware
In Europe portal I found this DVR-K71_K72_OVERSEAS-ML_STD_V3.5.35_Build_180316.zip as my original firmware
A friend of mine purchase the same device with firmware v4.20.000 build 181114 I can’t find it in the eu portal can anyone help me find it build 181114 I think it is OVERSEAS build
is there any issue with Europe firmware with international versions ?
