Hikvision DS-7216HWI-E2 dvr and Hik Connect - offline platform status

Trying to setup Hikvision DS-7216HWI-E2/A to work with Hik Connect but so far platform status Is OFFLINE
dvr has latest firmware 3.1.6 build 170613.
Lan Network settings used (with DCHP enabled/disabled) does connect another pc on same LAN to Internet.
Any Ideas?
