I've spent hours of trying to find the reset pins on motherboard to factory reset it. First time i can see a solid piece of equipment with no ability to reset. No manuals mention about factory resetting. Looks like they've built it so only 1 person can use it. Looked up everywhere. Sent email to Hikvision support, not sure if that would be helpful.
