im using the Hikvision System DS-7604NI-K1 / 4P with 4x Cameras (4MP).
Now i have a problem with the remote playback.
I'm not able to select / change the forwardspeed (x2, x4, x8....) via Windows Desktop client or Android App (both HIkconnect and IVMS4200). Its only possible to do that directly at the NVR.
I cannot push that button because its deactivated when selecting / playing recorded clips.
do you have any ideas ?
