Hikvision DS-7716NI-ST NVR Restart-Freeze Problem

Hi,

I have a Hikvision DS-7716NI-ST model.
I set up the nfs share on the device. Nas sees the device as nvr but when I want to look at the camera recordings on Nvr, the device resets. Can anyone please help with this?

Note: NAS device Synology 1815+ dsm 6.2.2 update3

When you 'the device resets' do you mean the NVR or the NAS? Is the connection lost or does the device reboot? The more info you can provide the easier it will be to narrow the issue down.

What firmware is the NVR on?
If you are not on V3.4.4 build170526 it may be a good place to start.

First of all, thank you for your interest. When I said device resetting, I mentioned the NVR device.
As you said version of the NVR software 3.4.4 build 170526.
What could be the cause of the problem?

a small reminder, after the NVR restarts, it says ERROR in the status section in storage management and shows free space Zero, then it gets better when restarting the NAS device. this repeats constantly.
