I just installed this doorbell cam and having trouble getting to the settings to resolve the exposure issue as you can see from the pictures due to the bright opening to the porch. It's resolved when I block that opening with my hand as in the second picture. I've discovered the configuration for this camera is not accessible via it's IP address on a browser. I'm a Mac user and see that the Mac apps are unusable so I am running windows on VMWare fusion and have installed iVMS-4200. I am able to access the camera but seem to be having some issues with configuring certain categories of settings. Rather than get into that can someone give me an idea of what parameters I should be looking for and if iVMS-4200 is the appropriate tool to do what I need?
