can anyone help me with an issue?
I am modifying old intercom by replacing it. I am using Hikvision DS-KD8003-IME2.
Old intercom uses electric strike which can take both AC or DC, 8-12 V. And it takes at the moment 12V AC.
Can I use 12 V AC with DS-KD8003 NO connection??
I've searched manuals, but there is no such information provided. There is only a figure which shows connections and DC power unit.
