Hikvision DS-KH6320-TE1not ringing after long time uptime (with DS-KB8112-IM doorbell)

Hi,


I have set up an intercom using DS-KH6320-TE1 as the indoor station and DS-KB8112-IM for main door.

Everything works fine by the moment that both of them are initiated, but after some hours the indoor station does not ring when there is a visitor, only the Hikconnect app does. If I restart the indoor station it will ring normally if someone calls from the main door.

Did anyone face this issue before? Any clue about how to solve it?


I thought it was something related to firmware, then I update both to the latest version, but still have the same issue…
They are one the same network, using the same switch and area powered using PoE.
