Hikvision DS-KH8350-WTE dont show video from DS-KV8213-WME

i have 1 DS-KV8213-WME as doorstation and 2 KH8350 as indoor station.

when the indoor station ring and i take the call, i dont see the video of the KV8213. anyone have an idea ?
