Hi everyone. I am new here and i have a problem with the Hikvision DS-KV8113-WME1 and DS-KH6320-WTE1. I had it working some years ago and didn't use it for a time. Now i set it up again and wanted to use it. Everything is working fine except the calling to the indoor station from the Doorbell button. The cards i have work and the door is opening. I can see the feed from Door camera on the DS-KH6320-WTE1 and also open the door. But as soon as i press the Button on the Doorbell it makes an alarm sound ( the same it makes when it is restarting). I have used the wizard on the tablet, i have updated to the last firmware on both devices and factory reset them multiple times and read on different forums about it. But i am out off ideas. Any ideas?
