I've got a Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2 and a cheap ($120 US) 30x no brand PTX 1080P dome camera off ebay.
The dome camera was a bit of a toy really as iI've got HIKvision 5mp fixed cameras dotted around doing the donkey work.
Dome is much better quality than I expected from the hardware side but...
The PTZ is really limited as I can't schedule any preset calls or patrols. I wasn't expecting to have smart tracking for that price but did expect to be able to schedule the camera to look in certain directions at certain times or run a patrol at a certain time.
I can set the presets and patrols in the camera but am missing any kind of scheduler.
Has anyone here with experience of these cheap camera's got any tips on how I could achieve this?
