Im a new member of your forum, a have an issue with my DVR that i cannot reset the password it start when i update my device firmware. i try already to contact the customer support of Hikvision to my issue but until now theres no concrete solution to resolve... i dont now the reason why the IP address of unit is not detected here some following information please help to resolve my issue.
