Has anyone had a Hikvision dvr not keep the current date and time?

Does it keep the date/time OK until power is removed?
If so, maybe the 3 volt lithium coin cell is bad...how old is it? They're usually good for 5 years give or take.

There is no loss of power. The units about 6 months old. It’s happened to the previous Hikvision DVR.

C'mon, man...help us out here. Not enough info.:idk:

Is off by a few seconds, hours, days or what?
Is it gradual or sudden?
Is it configured to access NPT to update the date/time and has Internet access?
Did it use to keep time properly?
What is the model number?
