Hikvision emails increasing size

Hi all,
Hoping someone can help...
I have a hikvision NVR with hikvision cameras poe directly connected to the NVR.
Ive set line cross detection on the cameras.
I am getting emails to my Google account.
All good so far. But, for some reason, new emails very frequently seem to tag on the end of an older chain, even when I delete the thread from Gmail.
I have 'organise by thread' turned off in Google as well.
It is almost like the NVR is keeping old emails sent and when a new one email is to be sent it tags the old ones on.
Thoughts?

I have the same on my Android Phone, my desktop is individual mails. If you delete the mail and a new one comes in it reopens it.
You have to delete the mail, then empty the BIN.

The new mail will be a new conversation.
