Yes, in Internet Explorer. Settings (cog top right) -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Add IP address of NVR

Why? Because it's required if you want to fix this.

What's wrong?

1) E-mail too small? This is normal for that firmware, it's so you can see what's going on not e-mail the police with evidence
2) E-mail only on motion detection and not on smart events (just as line-crossing). Again this is normal.

I have set motion detection, line crossing and Intrusion Detection,
I understand that only with motion detection I will get image,
But also with motion detection emails I don't get image attach.

Regards.

Ok, post a screenshot of the incoming e-mail so I can check please. You are sending the e-mails from the NVR right? Not the camera?

Clutching at straws. But fill in the sender name. Even if it's just a made up name.

It's the only difference I can see and with Hikvision... you never know!

It's can be because the NVR not recording video ?
Currently, I don't have HDD in the NVR .

Yes maybe! I'm not sure if it localises the jpg file on the HDD or not. But if that is different it could be a reason.

In my experience, you need to install a HDD so the cam has a drive to write files to.
Once it has a HDD connected it can also upload pictures to an FTP server or execute actions similar to that.
