I have set up a new system for our apartment, but I have encountered a few issues. In our system, there are 2 Ds-kd9203, 8 Kh-6320 for the apartments, and 1 Kh-6320 for the apartment janitor. Firstly, how can I ensure that pressing the "concierge" button on the Kd9203 reaches the apartment janitor? Is it necessary to have a security console for that button to be functional?
Another issue is that I activated one of the Kd9203 devices, but when I connected the other Kd9203 for the second door, I can't make any calls from the system at all. Is there anyone who can help with this matter?
