Hikvision Intercom System for Gate Control - Indoor station

Hi everyone,

I'm seeking some advice on a situation involving my Hikvision modular intercom units installed on an electrically operated gate.

I'm wondering if it's possible to control the gate without needing an indoor station. Specifically, I’d like to know if there’s a way to do this through iVMS or perhaps by installing the DS-KH9510 ROM on a spare Android tablet.

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I believe the only model that will work as a standalone to unlock doors would be the DS-KB8113-IME1. It works on Hik-Connect App but then you can Integrate with HC & IVMS 4200 to have those features. or add by IP

I would go with DS-K1T502DBWX-C

You can give QR codes to guests, pin codes, cards. And you can do all that via Hik-Connect Teams.

You can control the barrier via phone app aswell plus having a intercom ability where device will call an app if something is wrong.

Also k1t502 got ISAPI integration + Alarm server for event subscribing. Hence you can even do a custom solution yourself.
