Hikvision IP camera DS-2CD3445-I Cannot be logged into using internet explorer

It worked for two weeks logging in with IE. Now I get "this page can't be display". I can ping the static ip of the camera 192.168.1.37. It works in Blue Iris and IVMS4200. SADP sees the camera and can change settings. Is there a reset? The second camera on 192.168.1.36 works in IE. Attached is the SADP page. Thanks for any help.

I resolved my problem using ivms-4200. Went to device management ---- server ---- remote configuration ---- system maintenance ---- restore default settings. Now I can log into the camera using internet explorer.
