Hikvision ip cameras on poe switch not visible on hikvision poe nvr

Hi
Need help in setting. I have x3 hikvision camera attached to poe nvr ds-7608ni-i2/8p then another 3 hikvisiin camera attached to poe switch from from of house then poe switch is attached to nvr. I can see 3 cameras directly attached to nvr but only 1 camera from poe switch. I have tried checking ip add from cameras and adding manual but still can not conect . If i disconect poe switch from nvr and conect it to network switch i can see all 3 cameras through ivms

Did you directly connect the cameras attached to the switch to the NVR first? In other words, connect remote camera 1 directly to one of the NVR ports and let the NVR recognize it. Then connect remote camera 2 to another port and so on. Once this is done, connect the cameras to the switch and the switch to the NVR. NVR should then see all the remote cameras.
