Hikvision ISAPI help - change image capture interval

Hello, I need to be able to change the image capture interval field from my web-app.
I thought I could be able to do that using ISAPI, but I can't find this function in the documentation.
Can anyone help me telling if it's possible to do that?

This is the field I need to be able to change from my web-app directly.
