Hi,
I have installed ivms on my laptop and added a recorder using p2p.
Works great on my laptop.
I installed and setup on my clients laptop but the playback and live view will not load.
When you click live view, the window opens and stays black with the rotating circle in the center indicating is if loading. However it does not get past that point. Same for playback.
When I try to check the play back and live view settings, the program freezes as soon as I click the settings button. I end up closing the program and trying again. I have turned off firewall, and paused nortons. Checked permissions all looks OK.
Is there something I am missing. Its a 2 year old HP laptop. My laptop (the working one) is 3-4 year old Lenovo. No issues wi
