Hi All,

I'm trying to "Apply All to a device" a person with the associated key cards to IVMS 4200, it worked perfectly before, but now i'm running into an error code

Error code: DAG.dll[1001]

Running

DS-KD8003
2xDS-KH8520

Keypad Extenstion and Card Reader Extension

Anyone know what this error is related to?

I am wondering which firmware version you have in your KD8003. I have been trying to upgrade from 2.0.8 to 2.2.3 (and to 2.2.56) but I bricked one of my KD8003 which originally had 2.0.8. Second unit was upgraded from 2.0.8 to 2.2.3 and finally to 2.2.56 but it's now offline and I can't get to online. I have also had this DAG error but I'll try the solution above later today.

OK, thanks. I'm still wondering if Hikvision has made changes to the hardware so that my units which I bought in 2019-2020 can't be upgraded to the latest FW version. I have now looked at my old email discussion (from January 2021) with the reseller and it seems that I had tried to upgrade one of my KD8003 from 2.0.8 to 2.2.3 but it failed. I had forgotten this episode. Unfortunately there was no solution to the upgrade problem so the reseller just made the downgrade.

I think I changed the IP back from 192.0.0.65 after resetting the KD8003 to 192.168.1.xx but I need to double check this later today. I'm using also SADP and Batch Configuration softwares.

Ah, I always use ivsm, was also on very old firmware, ... But when upgrading to the first security 2.0 firmware, the device will auto factory reset, it's also in release notes...

when I am applying changes to device i am getting this error the device is offline (Error code: DAG.dll[13001].) please help, I tried to put 1 1 on residential address but it doesn't pick out

Hey Suckerpunchnz

Lucky for you, i have figured out the issue with the help of Hikvision support.

The resident information needs numbers filled in under the persons tab, just put 1 for both.

Hope this helps

When I attempt to "Apply All to a Device" for a person with associated key cards in IVMS 4200, I encounter the following error:

Error Code: DAG.dll[1002]

I’ve also tried reaching out to Hikvision support but haven’t received any reply.

If I apply the settings to the user only, everything works fine. However, when applying to the tags, I consistently get the DAG.dll[1002] error.

I’ve already tried different configurations, such as "room 1 and 1," "1 and 1-1-1-1," but none have worked.

I feel disappointed with the lack of support, especially in Portuguese. It’s unfortunate, but that’s life.

If anyone could provide assistance, I would deeply appreciate it.
