Hikvision iVms4200 failure using Ezviz cloud. Please we need your help!

I'm using iVMs4200 client software through ezviz cloud and fail to view the camera using other/outside network. The local network is no problem using ezviz cloud but when i view using other network the result was error or cannot view the cameras.

Please need your comment and suggestions!

Exactly the same issue. Fine on WIFI, mobile network won't connect. Shouldn't have to open any ports or adjust router settings. Have another recorder on a few sites and P2P works very well another brand. HIKVISION recorders also on multiple sites and work, so it's not all.
 
Having this same problem. Did you ever get a fix? Just installed, all works as long as on LAN, no good on web / WAN.
