I have a Hikvision DS-2CD7A26G0/P-IZHS. I have installed an SD card for local storage of license plate numbers. There used to be a couple headers "Live View", "Playback", "Picture", and "Configuration". I used to log into it to access the storage using Internet Explorer "run as administrator" but now, Internet Explorer defaults to Edge and the "Playback" and "Picture" tabs are missing. I'm not sure if the two are related but I'm unable to access the plate number storage. Any ideas?

Yes, that's what I'm using. It still defaults to Edge

I've noticed the edge tab has a "Reload Tab in Internet Explorer mode" but it's greyed out. Guessing I have a setting off?

Well, I got it to work if I open Explorer in private viewing mode, Edge opens but the reload tab in explorer is able to be clicked. Not sure how I'm going to view these after Explorer is totally discontinued.

This video, the presenter discusses how to put Edge into IE mode.

He talks about it in the first 12 minutes, probably been 9 minutes - 12 minutes range.

Start, Search, iexplore.exe

Include the .exe and it shouldn't try to force you into Edge. :)
