I have 2 sites, both with 8+ Hikvision DS-9632NI-I8 32CH (not sure it is that exact model, i forgot to write it down). Each site has a hikcentral server, and for the 2 sites, I have an NTP server provided by the customer.
When i set the ntp for the first time, it syncs well, but the autosync does not work. I have set the sync time intervall for 10 minutes, the NVR reaches the ntp server and the hikcentral server works fine with the same ntp, but after some time, the NVR starts to shift time. Each NVR and their cameras has different time. The difference for the first day is 10-15 seconds, but after a week, it has 3-6 minutes difference. Each site has around 300 cameras.
I know that the first time, sync goes well, because if I sync with computers time and then set ntp again, nvr sets the timezone 1 zone ahead. (Thats because the server emits UTC, but hikvision uses GMT and the difference is 1 zone. This problem is under solving by customer's IT)
What can be the solution? Or any clue?
