I have this setup:

The cameras do work when plugged into a PoE switch on the router, I can view them. Once I plug them into the NVR, there is no image.
I understand that the cameras are now using H.265 but I had success with another model camera and 8PoE version of the NVR.
I had tried to manually add these IP Cameras but entering the admin and password but it will not give me picture.
