Hi all, new joiner here located in AUS!
I have recently got 6 Hikvision IP cameras installed paired with a Hikvision NVR DS-7608NI-M2/8P (AUS model) which has come preloaded with firmware V4.61.430 build 231017. When checking for a newer NVR firmware it says it's up to date. I note though on the Hikvision AUS website firmware V4.61.430_240315 is available. These appear to be the same build but have different release dates (the website being newer). Question is, are these in fact different firmware versions, and should I then install the one from the HIK website with the '240315' release date? The release notes aren't of any use, assuming it's a release note document, as the docx file is named and all in Chinese characters. Additionally, I'm assuming I can't install a V5 firmware from another region for this AUS version?
