Hello all!
This is my second thread about this, the first one is deleted i guess, so next time, please write me, what is wrong with this topic. I am new here at the forum, and I am pretty much new to this industry. My english is not the best, but I try my best.

(The problematic system is installed around 12 years ago and the problem is existing from the first day. It was just not important for them to fix it until now.)
So, the problem. I have a bunch of Hikvision nvrs. Around 30 or so. I don't remember the exact amount, but i dont think its inportant in this case. I also have 2 hikcentral server licensed, and it is working fine. I also have an ntp server, that is also working fine. (hikcentral server and hikcentral clients get the time from the same ntp and it works fine)
My problem is the time configuration. Windows machines get the correct time from the same ntp, but when I set the ntp for the NVRs (I don't know if it is possible to sset the ntp for hikcentral and then pass the time to the NVRs, but the request is to set the ntp for each NVR), it gets the time, sets correctly. I also set the update intervall for 10 minutes, but the ntp will not sync anymore. This is a problem, because as the time goes on, the NVR time setting are gettin gworse.
I set the ntp, and after a couple of days, the time difference between the NVRs are between 1 and 2 minutes, but after 1 week or so, this difference is around 15 minutes and it is getting worse and worse every day.
Do you have any ideas to fix this issue? Or anything to diagnose in order to get the answer? I did not find anything regarding this issue.

Thanks, and please, if there is anything wrong with this thread, note me, I will fix it, you don't have to delete it with no reason.

Thanks. I will try to update the firmware, but i can not cahnge the NTP as this is a corporate network and the system does not have direct connection to the internet.
(As i know the firware is the latest, but i wll check it as i get there.)

Can the difference between UTC and GMT be a problem in this case? The server uses UTC, but the NVRs are using GMT.

All NTP servers are using UTC time - it's standard for time synchronization...
I know, its the standard, but as i read, the difference between UTC and GMT is 1 zone. (if UTC+1, the GMT+2) I dont't know if I know right or i just messed up on that too. My college just called me, we got access to another ntp, wich is an Austrian coporate ntp server, but same thing happens with that. I will ty check/try to update the firmware. Thanks for the quick response.
