HikVision nvr POE ports not working

Good morning everyone.
My Hikvision nvr model HWN-4108MH-8P (8 poe ports) does not turn on/feed the two poe ipcams in my possession.
One is branded Reolink and the second is a SIMICAM.
The same ipcams I can turn them on by connecting them to an external TP-LINK POE switch.
Is there a way to understand if the poe ports of the nvr are broken or if it is a different power problem between that requested by the ipcam and that supplied by the nvr?

Ports do go out. I have had it happen.

Plug the cameras into a switch and then plug the switch into the WAN/LAN port of the NVR and then manually add them to the NVR on the screen.

But also keep in mind that it is best to match NVR brand with camera brand, so it could very well be you also have two cameras that the NVR will not recognize.
