Hikvision NVR says online but is intermittent

Hi,

My problem is in relation to accessing my cameras remotely from my phone via the Hikvision app.

Everything was working fine until about a year ago when I changed from 4g to fibre internet and since then I have struggled to get it working.

The other day I spent about 3 hours mucking around and registered an account on the Hikvision website and logged in my nvr as well as my phone. I went to add device, entered the serial number and verification code and to my amazement after that everything was working, I could view the cameras on my phone via 4g.

The next day I woke up and it had stopped working. I logged into the NVR via nvms4200 and the device said it was online but on the Hikvision web portal it was showing as offline. I deleted it from the portal and tried to re add it but it couldn't find the device and said it was offline.

Interestingly I tried pinging the Hikvision server with my laptop (the platform access server) and was unable to get through.

Just wondering if anyone can suggest any solutions. And also let me know the proper platform access url for Australia?
