Having a bit of a strange issue with a multi NVR system. For some strange reason, and completely randomly, the user will be locked on two of the three NVRs. The system is set up with 3 NVRs and 4 operator stations using the same login. When I check the logs on the NVRs there is no sign of failed user logins which usually prompts the user locked message after 5 failed attempts and each of the operator stations is set to automatically log in so no credentials are required each time. Rebooting the NVRs resets the login and allows access but its not ideal to lose camera access during this period. If anyone has any pointers or has experienced a similar problem and found a work around it would be a great help

if any of the 4 operator stations allow Admin level access with no login credentials.....then anybody could have changed a setting somewhere......
