Hi Guys, New to the forum. I help a business maintain their camera systems at 5 different locations and they are all monitored by an office manager in 1 location. 2 of their locations already had Alibi HD-TVI systems when I took over and I found their Central monitoring software which has worked fine for our needs so we eventually replaced the 3 systems with Alibi HD-TVI systems as they died or needed upgrading. These were done before Supercircuits changed to only selling to professional resellers. I can get them on ebay now but they seem real expensive. We need to add a few more cameras and a location and was planning on adding a 2nd system at that location. keep the HD-TVI system for less important areas and add new IP system for the more important areas that also need to be listened to. I know they are made by Hikvision, which seem much cheaper than Alibi, and was wondering if the Hikvision units would be recognized by the Alibi CMS? I thought there might be a bios update that might make it work. Or is there a PC monitoring software that is pretty universal and works well? Thanks
