Hi all, I am upgrading my cctv system at home, I have an Hikvision hybrid with 2x 8 mp ip acusense cameras and a few hd TVI cameras.

Looking to change the TVI cameras for the below and keep the Acusense cameras all will be Hikvision

8mp drive Acusense
8mp at back of house Acusense

2mp front door
4mp garden right
2mp garage back door
2mp flat roof

what NVR do you recommend for the above guys , seen a new accusense NVR but I’m unsure if I need a Acusense NVR ?
Also should I get dark fighter , colorvu or accusense cameras ?
All help appreciated

I did not know what a HD-TVI camera was. So I had to look it up.

"HD-TVI cameras are a type of analog high definition CCTV security camera (megapixel video over coaxial cabling / HD over coax) that supports up to 1080p video resolution. HD-TVI cameras are a great alternative to traditional analog CCTV and megapixel IP surveillance cameras because of their superior video quality and ability to use RG59 coax cable. TVI cameras are used by professional and DIY installers because they are so affordable and simple to install. Learn more by reading our article: What is HD-TVI?"

I am only familiar with IP cameras. So, are all the existing cameras run on coaxial cable?

Sorry I should have said , yes they are coax but I’m rewiring with cat 6 cable direct to an NVR.
